Airtel is trying for Yes Bank stake share buy,for this DishTV consent is not required.This looks like a way to aquire DishTV for cheap and at share market level where it is lowest of around share Rsprice 14-17 from Rs 80 in 2017

Imo- something fishy, looks like airtel pre-planned for future, they are trying to get something we all know that,

Now Officially Airtel said- "Evaluates various opportunities of restructurings alliances acquisition and other similar avenues as per requirements in the ordinary course of business" So, Airtel trying to get No.1 position forever and ever,
