Seeking Help Airtel DTH 6M Pack not showing

I have an Airtel DTH balance of more than ₹2500. My current pack is Tamil Ultimate HD, and it is deducting money on a daily basis. However, I want to activate the Tamil ultimate HD 6-month pack - ₹1548, but I don’t see an option to do so.

Airtel customer care couldn’t help.

The pack is available for my relatives, but not for me.

I checked both the Airtel Thanks app and the website.


Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there a way to activate the 6-month pack manually?

I had faced this kind of issue for my relative. You need to raise a complaint over email and once they call, scold them for activating the same
