Airtel DTH Adding RS 130 Extra Rental Pack with out User Consent.

I didn't checked what channels are associated with this pack. I saw it when i tried to recharge using web portal. Contacted customer care immediately, they removed it. But didn't gave me any proper explanation.

If you're using HD on all 3 connections just check whether you're getting same number of HD Channels you were getting or missing something now which you were getting earlier on all the 3 accounts.
 
In fact best thing of airtel dump cc I have activated by base plan as only hd channel actually I have been charged just 126 rs for whole month which ROI hd there is no extra charge for any base pack I am just paying only for hd channel not even 1re for base pack In short I mean to say there is no base pack In my account only hd channel.

Can we get ROI hd pack without any base pack ?

Yes I got in fact I can activate any hd pack without any base pack like magic hd,royal hd, or max hd or ROI hd and I have mention due too dump cc

Have you activate hd pack through selfcare portal or calling cc ?

Through self care I have activated...due to some problem I called cc I told him I watch only hd channel why I pay for sd channel he was arguing then I said transfer my call to your senior and I told you have wrongly activate other plan without my consent and then he have remove all base pack from my account so now I pay only for hd channel it's his over smart I am enjoying hd as my base pack.
Check the ss: before they were giving top up detail in my airtel app now we don't get detail hd top up

This may be one trick of keep customers, did you get any SD channel?
