2 months ago one tuner of my airtel dvr went faulty. airtel tech told me to swap the box. cost of swapping was 750. but , to my surprise, he swapped it with repaired box. I could not do anything. BUt after few days this stb also goes faulty. then i again called C.C. and they again swapped the box. this thing continued , after few days stb got another problem, airtel tech again swapped with another repaired box. Thing is in past 2 months they have swapped my box 5 times. Though i have warranty of six months but days are passing. what would i do when warranty expires. would i again pay rs 750. Pls tell me the solution. now my stb lying faulty. they are again telling me to swap. i cant do this anymore. pls help. what sholud i do?
