in my area all Sd and Hd box Auto update.....including First model.

Well if its updated in many STB's then i am sure an update is available on air... Try to update your STB manually... Or it is only for selected manufacture STB's...

As far as the airtel HD DVRs, all are manufactured by Homecast only. So, even if one DVR is updated it means all will get it sooner or later.

In settings u can see diagnostics option; in which u can find software version..
