Airtel HD STB Hardware : How many versions exist?

Are there different versions of HD STB hardware from Airtel?  (old model, new model etc)
Generally, the older STB will be with older HW and slower compared to new hardware (generally speaking). So, want to make sure I get the correct version of the hardware.

Can you pl. confirm if there are multiple versions of the HD STB and also recommend which one I should accept when the installer brings them.

When he calls Ask him to get the Huawei HD STB and not the new Made in India Hero STB
The built quality as well as PQ/AQ in Hero STB is not good
Huawei HD+ STB is best :k

kumar bro, now days only made in india hero stbs are only available, Huawei HD STB are not available.

null bro they wont ask your preference they would provide as and what they have in their stock but if you get choice then go for Huawei HD box it's good.

Some days back a member posted that he upgraded to HD connection and got Huawei STB

Yes 99% they would give him hero STB only that too without asking him but if he's lucky they might have Huawei STB for which he can demand
