Hmmm.. I now understand there's no point to keep using this box. I was mainly interested as it was android but looks like it's terrible in performance.

I am using version 1 box, even it upgraded to android 11, and it not that bad as you are seeing.

Remove SD card don't put back and then do factory reset the box and uninstall apps that you don't use, disable some app that you don't require like calender, and from their we can see what is going on with your case.
