Yes all packages . You will have to subscribe them separately .som are free if you are eligible depending upon your package but most good channels need to be subscribed separately.especially hd channels .

Following 5 HD channels are being given to viewers of Star HD channels, on the basis of count of Star HD channels subscribed. For remaining Star HD channels, proportionate refund will be given to subscribers. The amount of refund on proportionate basis in the subscription charges, on account of removal of a channel from a subscription package, shall be calculated by dividing the amount of subscription charges for the original subscription package by the number of channels included in the original package.

So Max HD has around 55-60 channels based on region. Some 15-20 HD channels belong to Star. 5 channels won't be refunded. So remaining 10-15 channels will give Rs.3.5-Rs.4.0/- refund each. Total refund is very low amount less than Rs.50/-
