Sony Android TV Providing DD+ For Amazon Prime Video. So The problem is there in Android based STBs only. That too Tatasky Binge now Providing DD for Prime audio after getting software update.

It's shocking, my new Sony 4K Android TV X75 got this issue with Dolby Digital sound on Amazon Prime Video getting only LPCM (2.1) sound.

Whereas no issues with Netflix / SunNXT / Hotstar contents.

I reported this issue to both Sony & Amazon Prime support, but still no proper response from either.

Yes bro this problem only on android based stb not for android tv. But our forum members tell that tatasky solved this problem for binge box.

Yes bro for me also Amazon prime provide Dolby Audio in Tatasky binge+ box Including Atmos Audio working fine

I just tested with xsteam 2.3.x firmware version dolby + is working fine.


It coul be only issue with Android TV

Hello, I'm using Airtel Xstream Set Top Box... And I'm on
Application Version : 1.0.2859

Android Version 9

Firmware Version 2.2.3-20072116

CDSN 46653365026

My Application version and Firmware version seems older than some of the users posted here...also I didn't get any latest System update on my Airtel Xstream Set Top Box... Is there any way to do manual update through downloading Update file and loading through Pen drive or should I wait for Official update?

Call call center, and request, some of the account/stb , they locked software update, please request that you need 2.3.x version , then post request in Twitter,bit working faster

Wait for official update. U do it for daily checking for update.this update coming for batchwise.

It's been while most of user's got their System update on 15th June and today is 29th June almost 15 days later still I'm yet to get new update on my Xstream Box. why Airtel taking so long to update all Set top boxes in Batch updates... even Mobiles don't take this much time to update if update coming in Batch wise.

My Box still on older update even older than most of the users posted before they got new update...I don't know wt* is wrong with my Box and WTH it not getting any Update.
