Ajamal Ameer, the Malayalee actor who debuted with the movie 'Pranayakalam' has become a big name in Tamil with the movies like 'Anjaathe' and 'Thiru Thiru Thuru Thuru'. And with the recent big hit K V Anand's 'Ko' the actor is finding a lot of roles in Tamil industry. His character in the movie 'Vasanthan' , an young political leader was the pivot around which the film revolves. But Ajmal was recently in news for an interesting gesture, that is usually not a a part of artist's etiquette.
Ajmal who is doing the lead in the new film 'Karumppampatti' directed by Prabhu Raja Cholan, is reported to have denied to do a lip-lock with Aparna who is playing the female lead in the movie. Though the script demanded such a deep kiss, Ajmal maiantained that he will not do such scenes because he has already agreed his preants that he will not do any kiss or vulgar scenes on screen. A doctor by Profession, Ajaml entered movies only due to his interest, pressurizing his parents to allow him to be on movies.
As Ajaml remained adamant, director Prabhu has to shoot the secne converting the liplock into a peck on the cheek.
