Seeking Help All FTA Channels are removed from free bundles

Friends, Please help me to readd fta channels to free bundles of my adtv account. Now i have to add all fta channels through ala carte. How can i fix the problem?

Go to airtel app, enter manage tv channels section and add the FTA bundle pack. It is listed under airtel service category

Finally found the option but i am getting only 31 channels which were dd channels.
Other Fta channels are not in the pack even free previews also not available through this pack.

Bro uninstall app ,clear all data

reinstall app again .
and check

Clear the cache in settings under apps option then uninstall & reinstall it
