Seeking Help Audio Not Coming

hi Guys ,

Since Morning ,I am Unable to get Audio on All Channels..
How? Really Don't Know
Even Signal Is Gud...

STB Audio is Full& TV Volume on 66

Sometimes i too facing same problem in 4k stb bro,but after turn off the stb from main power/factory default audio is working,if possible try the factory default

Remove the hdmi cable from tv & stb,then reinsert the cable & check

Me too faced.....but turning off from main helped me....you can remove the power cable from stb and then put it back on
