Sad News [Solved] Dolby audio not working on external videos

In tata play binge box i turned on always dolby settings but still i am not getting dolby audio for external video files. For hd channels dolby audio is working. Why dolby audio not working for external videos it play it as 2.0.i tried with mx player pro and vlc .not working any one have idea to fix this issue.

Got 5.1 output from HD channels but not from 5.1 external videos only get 2.0 output

I got it. You go to fixed audio out, off. When you do this STB reboot. And always Dolby is correct. Only change I said.
