Seeking Help Several channels are not coming after Package change

Yesterday i changed my pack from tamil thalaiva hds to tamil thalaiva hd in tataplay on the problem is only star group channels are coming sun and other group channels are not coming i complained in customer care several times they still not rectify the problem

Bro, sometime I also getting same error, refresh ur set top box through this no 08061999966 from registered mobile no, if channels not working means deactivate tamil thalaiva hd pack from tataplay app & then activate tamil thalaiva after it's working
