Sorry, I forgot to include the word Tamil. Sun TV was the first Tamil private satellite channel started in india. Zee was the first private channel which was started on Oct 2nd, 1992 in india.

I wonder what if sports channels make available on lowest packages and thus increase viewership and increase ad rates I Know that many dth are freely giving star sports Hindi for free now
