Zee Kannada is going to gain minimum of 30k impressions in next one month I guess with its new show (since the same story worked wonder for Zee Tamil and Telugu). Colors kananda is saturated in its schedule but Zee has many underutilized slots.Zee team is aiming for 1 lakh more impressions and they are working on it.
No weekend show of Colors Kannada cross 4.0 TVR. Once 8pm slot falls , then it will be big blow to CK.

People are saying it since zee kutumba awards. Nothing has happened. People must understand that channel impressions doesn't work on how good the show is.it depends on the opponent. It this case zee vishnu dashavatara is an awesome show but failed miserably due to agnisakshi of colors. So competitor matters at the end not how good the show is.
In weekend colors doesn't have good shows zee saregamapa and drama have no good component so are leaders.
9:30pm total impression in kannada is moderate.and is moving towards poor in GE category. So the new serial in 930 slot can't make huge change.
Also while talking here don't be one sided.

Yes, they are giving good effort for Colors Kannada but it affects their other regional gecs since enough care not reaching. Zee is giving good efforts for all languages.Star Suvarna still had a chance for come back as they are the first channel to beat Udaya from monopoly.

I meant ZK has more potential than CK..not being one sided..CK stick to shows for years and this can be utilised by other players..at the end of the day it's viewers who is gonna benefit from healthy competition.
One does make a huge difference for that matter..Balika Vadhu was one show which made sure existence of Viacom in Hindi..one successful show has ripple effect on channel.
- Kamali was a hit with 8+ TVR..yaare nee Mohini was an average show with 3.0..after Kamali ,7.30 slot of ZK improved
- Nandini success has effect on Jeevanadi of Udaya..which is second rated show there
- 5 to 6pm has high ad rate value for ZK after Agnisakshi ( it is more than hit serials)..repeated telecast of weekend shows
- success of 9.30 improves viewership of 10 pm slot too
- Srivishnu is a good show with low trp.. Agnisakshi commands 14.5 TVR ,so it almost gives 50k+ impressions to CK
