Once I had videocon d2h, they allowed me to take south pack. I was happy then as I used to get most of ROI pack channels+english news for free

I could not activate this pack. they did not update this pack in their platform. I contacted CC.They said some tech issue to activate this pack. I talked to Supervisor also. He could not activate the pack.
