Looks like there is total confusion in Tata Sky CC and Chat Team regards to this package.

@supermachi you should also try chat option and explain them that your friends got this pack from chat/customer care only.

Same with me too, asked to talk to dealer to get the pack activated

Spoke with customer care. They tried to activate and informed me that they are getting an error message. Escalated to higher level and the personnel asked me to call after 3 to 5 days, as the prime pack will be available in my location.

Don't know whether its a ploy to delay the activation or TSky is actually planning to expanding this service to other areas too...

Just now I moved to South Prime pack, requested on chat and got it activated in 1 minute with no questions asked
