1. STAR Jalsha's long running serial "Ke Apon Ke Por" to end in December.
2. Next week, 2 new fiction shows will start, viz., STAR Jalsha's Khelaghor at 6.00 PM, and Zee Bangla's Aparajita Apu at 8.30 PM.
3. Next week, STAR Jalsha's reality game show, Superstar Poribaar will start with a new season and a new time slot (2.00 PM).
3. There will be time change of some programs:
a) STAR Jalsha's Prothoma Kadombini will shift from 6.00 PM to 5.00 PM.
b) Zee Bangla's Khirer Putul will shift from 8.30 PM to 10.30 PM, and Pandab Goyenda will shift from 10.30 PM to 11.00 PM. Goyenda Ginni repeat will now be for half an hour, from 11.30 to 12.00 PM.

Shifting prothoma kadambini is bad decision....this show constantly gets 5.5-6 tvr at 6pm slot then why they are shifting this show.....instead of this end that low rated kora pakhi and replace it with khelaghor
I dont get it why they are still running low rated khelaghor till now

STAR Jalsha feels that once a show has gained a good audience base and viewership, it will continue to attract the same at an odd time slot. And this is not the first time they did so. They did the same for Chuni Panna which resulted in the show ending last month. Also, Ekhane Akash Neel 2 has a good base from it's first season, but they put that serial at 5.30 PM.
Just like there were a great anger among fans for ending of EAN 2, there is the same now for Prothoma Kadombini. People are calling for boycotting the channel. Strange thing is that, this is the same STAR Jalsha who was running after people on social media and calling for support when they were in no. 2. They fulfilled everything audience wanted till they came to number one position, and now, they are again at their ego. Surprisingly, even Zee Bangla is doing such things now. It has shifted Pandab Goenda at 11.30 PM odd slot. This has angered fans.

Khelaghor should have been at 5.00 PM. It would have sustained anyway. Prothoma Kadombini is an asset for STAR Jalsha. They will understand this fact afterwards. Just wait and watch. STAR Plus has already tasted similar thing (SNS 2).
Another thing is that, after seeing South channels targeting afternoon slot, STAR Jalsha is eyeing afternoon slots now. They have Rannabanna at 12.30 PM now. And from next week, Superstar Poribaar Season 2 will start at 2 PM.

STAR Jalsha is on cloud nine because of the success of it's overdramatic Saanjher Baati. The serial, inspite of it's odd drama, and stretched storyline, has beaten off Zee Bangla's Kadombini at 8.30 PM slot (which ended last month due to very low viewership), and currently running Khirer Putul is also gaining low viewership, due to which they are bringing Aparajita Apu next week at 8.30. But things don't work in favour of stretched dramas everytime, e.g., SNS 2.

Yaa that is also correct. They could have given Khelaghor at 9.30 PM, but Zee Bangla's Ki Kore Bolbo Tomaay at 9.30 PM is very popular among online fans, so it needs a strong contender. Korapakhi has the lead actor and actress popular, which is atleast better than the new actress and not-so-popular actor of Khelaghor. Hence, they came up with that bizarre decision.
