Yes:

Mithai starts on 4 January 2021, Monday-Saturday at 8 PM on ZEE Bangla:

Since, Jibon Saathi is currently telecasted at 8 PM on ZEE Bangla,

it's time slot will change to give way to the new show. I guess the new time slot will be 10.30 PM or 11 PM.

Yes first Mohor remake and then kharkuto.
But someone said that their is no villain or negative character in serial so if it's like this then in Marathi dont know how it will be!
Negative characters are needed in serials.

Saanjher Baati viewers have shifted to Aparajita Apu of ZEE Bangla. The latter's TRP has increased from 5.8 to 6.8.
Khelaghor has proved everyone wrong. People are more interested in drama than good content. I am keeping fingers crossed for Desher Maati. It may come at 6.30 or 9.30. Korapakhi will end soon. Aparently, Bhaggolokkhi will stay. Gangaram will come at 10.30 slot confirmed in last week of December. KAKP will end this year only, after a span of 4 years.

Gangaram first scheduled for 10:30pm but there are some speculations that jibon sathi on zee might shift to 10:30pm that could be reason for gangaram sudden shifting to 9:30pm
But i think more than that kora pakhi very low trp could be reason for sudden shifting

But i just hope titli will be shifted to 10:30pm nd desher maati will get 6:30pm
Or maybe dedher maati might get 8:30pm by shifting sanjher baati to another slot

Why is Dhrubotara at 11pm still on Star Jalsha? A serial at 11pm or even 10:30pm has very little chances of succeeding.

Yes but I have heard that Bengal people watch TV till late night that's why 11PM serial trp is more then 5pm serial.
So good serials are at late night slot.
But I think good serials should be at prime time and not in late night slot.
Off topic - In Marathi late night slots after 11pm doesn't work so serials and shows are till 11pm only.

Horror shows like Nazar work best during late hours, not general dramas like Dhrubotara. No wonder its TRP is the lowest along with Prothoma Kadambini.

STAR Jalsha has appropriate budget right now to keep 13 serials in all. They do this to increase their GRP and stay ahead of ZEE Bangla, as the latter gains more AMA in reality shows.
