Saturday I recharged with Axis Bharat QR, Amount debited from bank and showing txn successful but TS not recharged
Then monday I tried with SBI Bharat QR, Amount debited from bank and showing txn successful but TS not recharged
I called TS helpdesk both time they are saying not recharged.
I lost my 1k.
from which end this problem and how to get refund from whom?

Is it still working ? I tried 2 times using SBI and in both case payment failed, waiting for refund. It used to work flawlessly now it is the worst payment service :angry

I think problem started since TS updated it as Bharat QR before that it was working flawlessly as you said.
Me too not received recharge amount on TS ac but balance deducted from bank account.
Btw how to get refund it's been more than 5 days I recharged :huh

Refund should happen automatically, But I am sill waiting, my 23 rd aug refund(today's recharge also failed) still not credited, I am thinking to file a complaint in SBI. This is it, I will never use Bharat QR from now, UPI is the best

This has happened with me only once.

I called Tata Sky, they told me to call the bank.
So I called ICICI and registered a complaint. Got refund within 5 days

Had a chat with cc they asked me to send scanned copy of Bank statement at [email protected]. complain will be resolved within 2 working days

I recharged on 22nd Aug, and i am still waiting for my refund. Last time it took 15 days. It happened automatically.

I guess issue is because change in mVisa server to Bharat QR

Why not I recharged by free charge or other online recharge site without expecting 100 more balance:dodgy

No issues for me.. used PayZaap for the last two months.. Recharge was successful and received the additional balance also..
