Breaking Big update with cloud recording and catchup TV

Bro Make sure you keep your wifi connected as it works on Internet.

When request is placed the first time try after 5-10 mins it should surely work.

Wifi connected with internet box bro its 50mbps plan. youtube, prime etc working perfect .

I am trying to singup for cloud from 2 days every time it shows same msg

Did you waited for few more minutes and tried to enter catchup TV after giving a signin request.

Ya i waited for 5min/10min every time same problem

I am having one more problem , in home screen -- > now playing section if i select a presently running program/movie it shows information not available.
Top rated,movies,sports are working fine

Check whether Free 500 GB cloud storage topup activated in your account via My Airtel App if it's not activated call Customer Care & try activating it but it will mostly solve only Cloud recording problem but the cloud recording & Catchup TV were basically same,

so there is a chance if cloud recording related topup activated both may start working fine.

Me too having the same issue,Mostly it'll be temporary and will be automatically get corrected in a few days time.

That's the problem that prevents catchup & cloud features turning up,when the signin request is successful automatically free 500 GB gets added to your account,

So try with CC to activate that Free 500 GB TOPUP.
