Seeking Help Binge+ box epg bug

Hello guys, I am facing one weird issue in binge+ box..if am watching some channel say lcn 670 and then if I am navigating the epg of other channels using up and down button, it is closing after few clicks and then epg is getting changed to lcn 100 , channel continues playing but the epg is shifted to lcn 100

I have already done factory reset twice...not sure why the issue

Naa bro it was there in previous update also but it was happening only once after reboot but now this is happening everytime

I tried few steps today and it seems it is resolved, though I need to check thoroughly tomorrow

I re-enabled Dakota , binge remote diagnostic app
Disabled Chromecast system app
And disabled hdmi cec...

Rebooted twice, in both times , didn't face the bug ...I feel hdmi cec is the culprit!

I think problem not solved, because for me issue not coming everytime, only in rarecases like once a day or twice
