If Disney+ Hotstar has the digital rights => Star must have the satellite rights => TV premiere is guaranteed.
(For a handful of movies only, such as Newton and The Sky Is Pink)
If Amazon/Netflix has the digital rights => Satellite rights are not guaranteed => May never have a TV premiere.

Depends Upon Your Family. I watched It alone. Some scenes might be embarrassing watching with family so my advice is try to avoid watching with family
Only youth will Watching Good newz in primetime and Tanhaji clear winner in 2nd Telecast too on Independence day
