Why don't you utilise it and get new Tata Sky later. Apart you can get all your 400 balance back but you need to give all particles which owned by DishTV back.

You can take temporary suspension from Tata sky and utilize dish tv balance

Is it included any package in 1450/-?
As I enquired with Tata sky executive yesterday for new connection they told Rs.1299/- it includes STB, universal remote, HDMI cable, Power adopter, Dish Antea, LNB and 10 mtr cable. (Not included any package)
