Box hangs at 71% and gives purple screen

After a power cut i switched on the d2h stb the loading bar goes upto 71% and then suddenly stops working and hangs showing a purple screen and also the usb port in the stb is giving shock

Now u have to replace ur VideoCon D2H box by visiting ur nearest VideoCon D2H customer care center.

While TV is on with Purple screen- press Red power button for 5 sec until the STB is rebooted. I did have such instances in past. It automatically gets rectified.

Well i did pressed red button for 5 seconds but the problem still persists no i have called customer care and the engineer guy came to my house and took the stb he says he has to replace the stb it will come in 2 days he also gave me replacement
