TRAI understood mistake of introduction of NCF in cable and DTH system,and TRAI this decision is coming so that some how this industry should survive from close down in long run against OTT and free Dish,but too difficult as downfall started.Introduction of zero NCF boxes by Dish TV and Airtel already started in north region and it is going to happen all over India slowly.
