Breaking Cable Operators signed new NTO RIO after few days of standoff

Is new NTO rule implemented today on cable tv platforms ? Any changes in the price of DPO, Broadcaster and alacarte ?

Siti Digital also applied new NTO rule but they are giving more discount. See (Siti Networks) the packages. Broadcaster new packs are not same as that of DTH.
Broadcaster packs rates are same as previous but channels has been added. For ex, Sony English Delight SD containing Pix, Yay!, BBC Earth pack is of rs.12 but on Siti, it is showing previous price (i.e 8.80 rs.) and included these 3 channels instead of previous 2 channels (i.e Pix and BBC Earth only). Same happened with other Broadcasters' packs.
Have Cable TVs applied any amended rule in Broadcasters' bocquets? Ala-Carte price are updated as same as DTHs.

Don't know bro, but they are giving new packs at earlier price (in Siti Digital, don't know about other platforms).

First they are advertising Airtel Digital TV and after a minute they advertise Tata Play.
