First TV channel in India showing programs in 16:9 ratio was 9xM. Sudarshan News also shows programs in 16:9 ratio. Recently Rajya Sabha channel also started showing programs in 16:9 ratio. Zoom also shows programs in 16:9 ratio. And now CN and Pogo. Good going Indian TV channels.

^^ WB doesnt telecast in 16:9 ratio but I missed HBO and a few other English GEC and movies channels. Now added to first post.

Bro, EPIC is an HD channel and other DTH are downscaling its SD feed.

Bro have you checked it after my post, check it now, its in 16:09 ratio on Tatasky, infact now HBO is not in 16:09 format !!
