This loss for fy 2023-24, merger happens in fy 2024-25. Disney writes off iCC tv rights value due to Zee- Sony merger fails in fy 2023-24, So it not relates to Ambani or merger. Moreover this type of news article from Zee media's DNA.

Merger taking sometime sure but everyone want to complete The Merger Company New Name ....
 
In my opinion, they should discontinue the Star Gold Romance channel. Star Gold 2 could broadcast higher-quality movies, and they could also introduce an HD version of the Star Gold Thrills channel.
