Breaking CCI Released Detailed Notification on Viacom - Star Merger

Now after CCIs order it will be more interesting or in other way more frustrating to observe the fate of Star Jalsha Movies.
As Colors Bangla Cinema does not have any HD Feed and no News of Launching for the same in near future - then it would be obvious to Convert the Star Jalsha Movies HD to Colors Bangla Cinema HD.
But after the order of CCI it's now crystal clear that the Bengali Viewers lost the charm to watch their Popular Movies Library in HD instead of now Subscribers have to watch New / Semi Old / Old Movies in Upscaled Channel which look pathetic on 43 inch and Upper LED TVs.

Wikepedia mein Disney plus hotstar ka owner Viacom 18 dikhne lga to kya merger done ho gaya

T: Disney Plus Hotstar owner Viacom 18 started appearing on Wikipedia, so did the merger happen?

The loss of Jalsha Movies is truly heartbreaking for me, especially as I was waiting for it to rebrand for all these years, but it seems that’s never going to happen now with this order! Colors Bangla Cinema is a much newer and smaller channel, and I was expecting it to be closed instead. Both Star Suvarna Plus and Colors Kannada Cinema are being retained (neither of which have HD feeds), as well as Pravah Picture in Marathi, which is much newer. Jalsha Movies — the only Bengali HD movie channel — closing down, especially with Zee Bangla Cinema having no HD feed, is terribly heartbreaking. :cf2:
