Just Called TS Customer Care to Drop Actve Music Pack
Primary Person is Not Doing Anything Channel Upgrade/Downgrade Work
1st Person is Transferring Call to Another Person to Do The Work
2nd Person is Also Giving Offer for Not to Drop Pack
I Also Got Offer @₹15 pm for the Above Pack but Refused
 
CC executive transfer call to another CC to drop actve pack. I think first CC executive is a trainee
 
Yeah Now a Days Tata Sky Giving Such Offers before Droping That Pack

Last Time When Call Tata Sky CC For Drop TEN Combo Pack They Give Me Offer That Ten pack rs 55pm for 1st month & 150rs for 3 months
