Change of Policy for ROI customer.

from now, as per Airtel DigitalTV provision, Rest of India (ROI) customers' cannot opt for the South base packages, except South Mega, South Magnum and South Ultra.

and those Roi users who are using south packs, those pack will be available to them till the company wish to keep.
