All these channels (Tara Muzik, Tara Newz, Channel 10) were run by the same Saradha Group which has decided to shut them down as they were all making losses. Also, Saradha Group under the scanner for "Chit Funds" and complaints of financial fraud. SEBI and state finance department officials have served them notices for the same.
