Just had a closer look @channels removed list. There are a lot of changes...in ADTV section.

> Bloomberg TV is not removed, its still working.
> U ve counted STV twice
> more channels have been removed.

If I am right that 5 Upscaled HD Channels were removed from Dish TV, When they added 5 Star Network HD channels
