Seeking Help Channels are freezing for a second when changing the channels

As I am new to the Tatasky I am experiencing this issue on Tatasky.
Please confirm whether it's a normal thing or issue with my HD set top box.

No such issues here working perfectly fine

Also if it's there it is definitely not for a second so I think it's normal if it freezes for a fraction of second
