I am facing chrome Cast connectivity issues. Each and every tike i have to restart my device to get xstreme box visibility on my mobile phone.Does anyone facing the same

Not exactly that but if l turn on & off once the feature, l need to reboot mobile next time.
Why we need minimum 2G internet to try above method dont know... It have to run on no internet wifi..
