Why will a person watch more than 2 regional language channels.

Instead of providing regional channels in base pack, Tata Sky is providing more news, movies, music and entertainment channels which sun direct dosent have only :lol :d

And to hide that they are providing all regional channels in all packs
Which is a useless move.

see my locality is situated exactly 60kms from andhra border.majority people knows both tamil and telugu...i dont know to speak telugu but i will understand telugu ...and all tamilians can able to understand malayalam...so i watch three language channels..what do u mean by music,movie channels...south people dont want hindi channels

if u dont watch Hindi channels, it means u dont want Hindi channels.....dont generalise yourself as the entire south region.....
I don't watch Hindi channels...but I know many people who prefer to watch Hindi serials on a daily basis ...they are extremely popular(only god knows why)....
moreover most of these Multilanguage people also understand Hindi and watch Hindi movies.... Hindi channels are extremely popular among the youths

agreed......But majority of the people in south dont know hindi Except some parts of upper karnataka and telengana region.....Importance should be given south channels than others....Now all south channels r casting hindi serials in regional languages.......One or two hindi channel its enough
