Turning a month old, English general
entertainment channel Colors Infinity has unveiled its line-
up of shows for September. Taking it up a notch higher,
the channel will be airing shows just 12 hours after their
US telecast.

The new line-up boasts shows like ‘Mr Robot’, ‘Tyrant’,
‘The Last Ship’, ‘Chasing Life’, ‘The Night Shift’ and the
weekend special ‘Black Mirror’, all of which will be aired
in India for the first time.
Additionally, the ‘instant premieres’ will air within 12 hours
of the US telecast, with shows like ‘The Player’, ‘Heroes
Reborn’, ‘Blindspot’, ‘The Flash’ (Season 2),
‘iZombie’ (Season 2), ‘Arrow’ (Season 4) and
‘Fargo’ (Season 2).

Why not on the same time as US similar to HBO Defined channel?

I always wonder why some English Indian channels can't premier shows on same time as US? Last time only HBO Defined channel did this with GOT season 5.

It is directly proportional to Show Popularity !!! GOT is most watched Series and there are Fans willing to watch at 6:30am. Channel wants to encash on popularity and if they wont telecast 8:00am all torrent sites will be having HD downloads available for these Fans.

Also GOT is HBO Original so the studio can edit content according to Indian TV requirement, for simultaneous Broadcast to US !!:sp

Yes they can
But HBO Defined is a premium channel- 90₹
Where as Colors infinity is a normal English entertainment channel-20₹

If it is able to telecast within 12 hours then also it's a great thing
Only AXN has done that with Sherlock

There is a 12 hour delay because of time difference


If in U.S. They telecast it at night
Then in India it would have to be telecasted in morning
