How come Goldmines Bollywood and Dhinchaak 2 are not the same? One rebranded to the other.

Edit: Yes, it seems they are different channels, and the Dhinchaak brand continues to exist because Dhinchaak 2 was supposed to become Goldmines Action but this hasn’t happened. But in the rebrand press release, it was mentioned that Dhinchaak 2 would become Goldmines Bollywood. Tata Play doesn’t have either.
