Conditional Access Keys used in Television channels.
Some tv channels are viewing directly without keys or codes.
But some channels are encrypted their programs with some coding protocol.
We can able to see only when it decrypted by proper coding.
commonly 6 types of keys are used today for coding protocol.

b*ss keys ( Basic Interoperable Scrambling System, (b*ss)

This is unknown to the user of the decoder. The user is then sent a 16-digit hexadecimal code, which is entered as a "session key". This session key is then mathematically combined internally to calculate a b*ss key that can decrypt the signal. Only a decoder with the correct secret b*ss-key will be able to decrypt a b*ss feed. This gives rightsholder control as to exactly which decoder can be used to decrypt/decode a specific feed. Any b*ss encrypted feed will have a corresponding b*ss key that will unlock it.

Viaccess keys

Viaccess Keys - very secure (in the latest versions) from breaking coding. Designed in France. Used in Russia by NTV-Plus, in Europe (for example, on Hotbird satellite in its coded set of channels). Viaccess is a very well-developed access by Orange SA. Implementation of this procedure that automatically updated keys proved to be difficult if not impossible to implement multiple satellite receivers. Viaccess is used by many vendors.

Nagravision Keys

Nagravision Keys - used by some European providers of satellite TV as well as Dish Network USA. Nagravision has four versions that are used for satellite television, is known Cardmagedon Nagravision, Nagravision, Nagravision Merlin, Nagravision Aladin. Everywhere Nagravision has been adopted as a conditional access system. Nagravision system has been implemented in many FTA satellite receivers, not allowing unauthorized viewing to those who do not have an official purchase card.

Cryptoworks Keys

Cryptoworks Keys is a DVB conditional access system, developed by Philips CryptoTec but now belonging to Irdeto. Other conditional access systems include Irdeto, Nagravision, Mediaguard. Cryptoworks is a DVB encrypted access system, developed by Philips CryptoTec but now it belongs to Irdeto. We know that this coding system is very weak. However, the keys have not been all internet packets channels.

Conax keys

Conax encrypted television grow to have a digital television content security. Conax CAS technology provides pay television operators in more than 85 countries worldwide. Telenor Conax was created by Research Labs in 1980 was created as a separate company in 1994 Conax AS. In March 2014. It has a center support 24 7 overall in India. Pay TV operators using Conax Satellite access, it is used by Dish TV India.

Mediaguard Keys

Mediaguard is a conditional access system for digital television developed by SECA, company. Mediaguard is especially used by Canal +. Manufacturers who use their equipment are usually Mediaguard Nokia, Hitachi, Humax, Ltd, JVC, Kenwood Electronics, Philips. It rarely used because of its susceptibility to brokening, mainly the second version of the encoding (Mediaguard 2).

Irdeto keys.

Naspers group has a subsidiary named Irdeto. Irdeto affords media protection, multiscreen incomes insurance solution for payment television operators. In using Irdeto's Cloaked CA security, Thai service provider CTH Public Company Limited may afford high digital entertainment services to customers with studio-grade content security.
Irdeto Key Server is easy and secure, saving operators time decreasing procedural errors, owed to the hardware and software design, operational management. All deployed Irdeto smart cards and Irdeto Key Server software releases are completely backward reconcilable with The Irdeto Key Server. In the future it will also support all cards and security customers afforded by Irdeto. The Irdeto Key Server is the encryption constituent of the Irdeto conditional access system (CAS).

The Irdeto Key Server based on forwards technologies, dellivers operators with the highest point of security, whilst simplifying operational management. It engages advanced hardware and software design to attain this renewability. In Irdeto CAS platform is used an asymmetric cryptography, demanding a personal and public key pair for logging.
