I am facing a problem . I am not sure whether it's my problem or its common.
I recently updated my box to HD+ and my problem is that
Whenever I switch on the box The EPG is updated and this takes some delay in booting.
Is this common for all or for me only?
My account name and validity automatically vanishes after one day and I have to repeatedly request for the same from customer care .
Is it a common thing or my box problem

i also facing same problem.
during the booting stb light going to off and again on and then after full booting all accout detail and fav channel list became cleard.
