It should definitely available from Platinum HD pack and New South Platinum HD pack only.

Because, AXN SD is available from New Diamond and South Diamond pack onward in which HD access fee is not available. So, obviously it should be available in Platinum HD and New South Platinum pack only.

@Prateek: Why do you want to compare with Sun Direct. Now the race is between ADTV and D2H only. Dish TV is already ahead of all. TS is still sleeping. Sun Direct is not having much HD channels. So, now we should watch ADTV and D2H alone.. Please don't bring Sun Direct here since it was posted by Jai Kumar bro.. We can do comparison if it is really required to be compared.
