Hi all i have a doubt that, mostly all broadcasters including star, zee, sun has introduced theire own packages. But some channels included in package may not be available in platform so how it will possible to choose that package. For example sun tv has a package that includes surya HD but in airtel Surya HD is not available. Then what to do ?will airtel.simply ignore that package ?

Your query is already answered here: General Discussion about Airtel Digital TV- For any HELP & Issues
Same thing is posted in many other threads of TRAI's new tarrif also.

Why it's not be (130+cost of pay channels) + applicable gst. We are paying for the pay channels why ncf for paid channels. it must be only for FTA channels...

Any channel, free to air or paid will take network capacity, so capacity fee is applicable.
Cost of channel (80%) goes to broadcaster, NCF goes to distributor.

If it is like this..then it's not a good move by TRAI. NCF could have been restricted to fta channels only.... BTW 29th is approaching in short-term. Everything would be clear from dpo side..

I also doing same bro
Looks like we have to sacrifice few channels  to save hard earn money

Looks like Trai given us to complete project work
Creating packs
Wait to see what packs your DTH operator provides first, they have the right to bundle channels from different broadcasters into one pack and provide at a discounted rate.

They can bundle only a la carte which is not possible till 15% Discount cap rule not applied
