Got a new VK connection recently. Since then there had been so many problems - due to the recent change in tariff's. The online portal (selfcare login) is utter waste. Cannot even check the existing packs and payment fails always. And i dont know why they have kept the customer care service. Nobody picks the call even if we wait for hours.
