press the green button on the remote. there have your customer id & your package details.

If you want to know Customer ID,then try following steps

---

If you need to know then sms ID to 566777 from registered mobile number

If u are messaging from non registered number then sms CID (smart card number) to 566777

NOTE : You can get your smart card number from settings
