DDF Exclusive Customers Can use Temporary Deactivate Scheme for their Airtel Digital TV Account

I have three connections with the Primary Connection on Infinity ARP and the other 2 secondary connection on DBR (I don't think they have option of ARP on secondary connections.

So can I use this option on my Secondary connections or as the Primary Connection is on ARP I don't get this benefit.

as for activation you have to call adtv cc .. so call them and update the outcome here - Thanks ..

Airtel offers safe custody which is very similar to this for broadband for free. Although there's charges for it, upon requested the safe custody was activated without any charges during my vacations. It will be good if similar option is available for Digital TV as well but anyways Rs. 30 for 1 month seems to be a fair price for higher dbr plans

Today I kept my uncle set top box in safe custody. ₹30 debited for this. Duration 1 month.
But they told once its activated I can't take this service for next 4 months.
Here I'd like to know is there any reactivation charges applicable???

my uncle came from vacation , and seen the set top box is still in running condition and all the balances are now wasted...
airtel cc told me on 24th that your service will be on safe custody and only 30/- will be debited...but they did nothing...
