In NEW TRAI rule everything is fixed for all operator. Check page 14 https://main.trai.gov.in/sites/default/files/QOS_Regulation_03_03_2017.pdf

I read in the link above. Minimum period of suspension = 1 month. So if I suspend, it should be atleast 1 month? (My case is I already have enough balance, so cant choose dont-recharge option)

U can reactivate at any point, time period is designated just to have different prices for varying duration.
