DDF Exclusive d2h channels will b available in dishtv stb from now from d2h satellite direction ST2

I am a dish TV south India customer.
I'm using NXT HD box also I'm a Nonstop pack user.
When I called CC for migrating to ST2 they simply telling that this offer is not applicable for your VC.
I wonder what rules Dishtv laid to migrate South Indian Customer's?
Any one have any idea?
I think non stop pack customers are not eligible
 
After complaint also nothing will happen, because they are supported their technician. They arrange the same technician to visit, so I afraid of they do anything wrong in my dish setup. so better I go with the best service provider(Tatasky). BYE, BYE Disthv after 10plus years using this worst service with the hope, they can give the best service and best entertainment but nothing will happen.
Finally my words comes true. After realignment my stb hangs and struck unable to change any channels and shown 301 error. Dishtv technician plays a good role. Hats off Dishtv service. One whole day unable to view and then they told tomorrow will arrange to rectify. How it's possible tomorrow sunday so technician are off. Nothing will happen.

A co resident in my Apartment with DishNXT HD Prem. requested cc for realignment. Technician came and realigned dish, followed the process and happy code shared. But at sw updating stage, the stb hanged. He tried several times but each time the stb hanged as software update reached 89%. He said the stb is not supporting and will work only when sw is updated through pen drive and it may take a month's time for them in getting pendrives. Then he aligned back the dish to its original position. To the pity of my co resident the channels he was getting in old set up started showing 101 error. The technician tuned channel to CH.96 and asked him to not to change the channel and also not to switch of the stb for half an hour and he will get his channels back and cooly left the place. Even after one hour nothing happened. He got a mail from dish tv saying realignment process completed and asked for his feed back! The subscriber got annoyed. He phoned CC, sent mails and contacted the technician but of no use. Yesterday he finally received a call from cc who assured him that they will arrange for techn. visit once again. Today nobody came, Tommorrow is Sunday and techn.'s visit is not guaranteed. Since five days he is not getting his subscribed channels except some FTA channels. He is cursing the Dish Tv, " Namashkar to your St2 alignment process. Let me get my original set up back"

I am also having NXT HD stb and after seeing the plight of my co resident, decided not to call the CC for realignment and advise the members to be not in a hurry to go for sat realignment and wait for the process to be stabilized. If any one wants it immediately, they can do it at their own risk.

call again or write on twitter or email them.
I called 3 times local CC and one time English CC but no use.
Later I contacted Dishtv in FB & Twitter then after some time they called again and processed my request.
Process went smoothly and now enjoying channels.
 
Dish TV website add south Surya hd Surya music Surya comedy but channels note get pls help. I'm already st2 position
 
Make a request through a Mydishtv app or in the website for upgrade STB only not for realigning.
They r telling repeatedly same bro.you are not eligible .Fed up ..let them do realignment when they wish .

Somebody said in this forum that all DishNXT HD boxes are liberty boxes. If in any case the box is not compatible then they should outright reject the realignment requests instead of harassing the subscribers like this.
