Contacted customer service and they said no stb swapping available for u at the moment (using hd 6666rf)
If u need to swap stb then u need to pay money

It's because company is not swapping CISCO NDS (Synamedia) set-top boxes for now. They will continue to work for next 3 years until the 10 years duration agreement ends with Synamedia.
